WELCOME TO "MY HOA PRESIDENT IS A GREAT WYRM," a tabletop role-playing game where players take on the roles of homeowners dealing with typical Homeowners Association (HOA) problems. The twist? The HOA president is a great wyrm with an attitude. Players must navigate the challenges of living under the rule of a demanding and capricious dragon while maintaining their homes and sanity.

This is a great "beer & pretzels" style mini-TTRPG where three or more players take turns roleplaying as a power hungry Great Wyrm turned HOA president and the homeowners under their jurisdiction.
